Encourage students to color each step of formation a different color so they can reinforce letter formation skills. Students then trace and write their word on the empty lines. Next, students “FISH” for their word by circling and coloring in a fish outline every time they see their word. Encourage students to add a variety of fish colors to their pond. Print these pages on cardstock and laminate or place them in page protectors to reuse.
